Our property, and some of the homes, has a playground consisting of swings, horseshoes, a sandbox, tetherball, and picnic tables. We also have a central rock fire pit for outdoor campfires. Some of the homes have fire pits.

Each cabin and home also has: Charcoal grill, Front deck (some are covered). Fully equipped kitchen, including refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, silverware, pots and pans. Sheets, towels, extra blankets, toilet paper, dish and bath soap, and firewood, TV and VCR. Some complimentary VHS videos at office.

Check-in time is after 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

Colorado sales and lodging taxes of 6.8% is not include in the rates.

All our cabins and homes are nonsmoking. We provide ash receptacles outside each cabin.

Well behaved pets are welcome, with prior consent, at the Lone Wolf cabins. Please visit our Pet Policy Page for complete information.

Deposit Policy: We require a 50% deposit, by check, on all reservations. The balance, with tax, is due upon arrival. This can be paid by check, Mastercard, VISA, Discover, American Express or cash.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel 30 or more days before your arrival, your deposit will be refunded in full less a $25 cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 30 days before your arrival, your deposit refund will be subject to our ability to re-rent your cabin. A proportional refund will be given if we can re-rent a portion of the time. The $25 cancellation fee will also be applied in this case.

There are no refunds for early departures.

We do not allow our cabins to be used for large, loud parties. We reserve the right to evict any guest we feel is disturbing other guests or causing damage to our property.

Items you might need to bring: Charcoal & lighter fluid for the grill, paper towels, foil, spices, coffee, rain gear, blow dryer, curling iron, clothes iron and insect repellent. Vallecito Lake Market is next door, within walking distance of our cabins.
