This beautiful property has 2 units that sit on 1 acre of land with Grimes Creek bordering the back of the property and wonderful views across a wildflower filled meadow and the mountains to the west. It is also less than 5 minutes to Vallecito Lake and all of the areas attractions.

The Mountain View Cabin is a newly remodeled 1500 sq ft home with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. This home sleeps up to 8 (1 queen, 1 full, 2 single beds and sleeper sofa) and includes TV, DVD/VCR, washer/dryer, dishwasher, wood burning stove, BBQ grill and is fully furnished and equipped.

If your vacation/retreat calls for additional space, we also have a wonderfully remodeled 1 bedroom, 1 bath guest cabin that sleeps up to 4 additional persons (1 full bed and full sleeper sofa) and includes a separate kitchen and living area with wood burning stove. This cabin is also fully equipped and furnished. This second unit is only available to guests renting the 3 bedroom home to ensure your own private getaway.

Both cabins include a deck and/or patios on which to enjoy your morning coffee or evening barbecue. We have also included a fire pit
in the back and much of the 1 acre is on flat grass so that both children and adults can enjoy outdoor activities. Great for family reunions!

Base Rate for 3 BR/2 BA cabin: $200 per night, $1,330.00 per week, for up to 6 guests. Additional guests over 3 years of age $10/night. A minimum
night stay may be required depending upon dates requested. Weekly rates available.

Rental rate for the 1 BR/1BA guest cabin: $80 per night for 2 persons. Additional guests $10/night.
