Perfect for a couple or small family - CABIN #2 has 512 square feet excluding the front deck and was built in 1985. It has one bedroom with queen size bed. The living area features a gas log fireplace and has a sleeper sofa which can sleep two. The fully equipped kitchen and dining alcove are part of the large living area. This unit can sleep up to four guests. There is one bath with tub/shower combination. PEAK SEASON RATES: Up to 2 Guests - $110.00 per night, $735.00 per week. Additional guests over 3 years old add 10.00 per night. |

ITEMS YOU MIGHT WANT TO BRING: Charcoal & lighter fluid for the grill, paper towels, foil, spices, coffee, rain gear, blow dryer, curling iron, clothes iron and insect repellent.
RESERVATION DEPOSITS: We require a 50% deposit with all reservations. The balance, including tax, is due upon arrival. This can be paid by check, Mastercard, VISA, Discover or cash. CANCELLATIONS: If you cancel 30 or more days before your arrival, your deposit will be refunded in full, less a $25 cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 30 days before your arrival, your deposit refund will be subject to our ability to re-rent your cabin. A proportional refund will be given if we can re-rent a portion of the time. The $25 cancellation fee will also be applied in this case. NO REFUNDS for early departures. DISTURBING OTHERS: We do not allow our cabins to be used for large, loud parties. We reserve the right to evict any guest we feel is disturbing other guests or causing damage to our property. TAXES: Colorado sales and lodging tax of 6.8% is not included in the rates quoted. OFF-SEASON RATES: Please call. CHECK-IN TIME: After 3:00 PM --- CHECK OUT: By 10:00 AM |
