The washer/dryer and dishwasher makes one of these cabins the perfect choice for an extended stay - CABINS #5 and #6 are a duplex unit. Each unit has 704 square feet of space - that's big for a 1 bedroom cabin - more like an apartment. This building was built in 1993 incorporating many modern features. Each unit has an oversize bedroom with a queen bed plus a large bath with an oversize shower. The utility room has a washer and dryer, and the living room has a sleeper sofa. The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher. There are no wood burning stoves in these cabins. In addition, these cabins are handicap accessible. PEAK SEASONAL RATES: Up to 2 Guests - $100.00 per night, $665.00 per week. Additional guests over 3 years add 10.00 per night per guest. |

| ITEMS YOU MIGHT WANT TO BRING: Charcoal & lighter fluid for the grill, paper towels, foil, spices, coffee, rain gear, blow dryer, curling iron, clothes iron and insect repellent. RESERVATION DEPOSITS: We require a 50% deposit with all reservations. The balance, including tax, is due upon arrival. This can be paid by check, Mastercard, VISA, Discover, American Express or cash. CANCELLATIONS: If you cancel 30 or more days before your arrival, your deposit will be refunded in full, less a $25 cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 30 days before your arrival, your deposit refund will be subject to our ability to re-rent your cabin. A proportional refund will be given if we can re-rent a portion of the time. The $25 cancellation fee will also be applied in this case. NO REFUNDS for early departures. DISTURBING OTHERS: We do not allow our cabins to be used for large, loud parties. We reserve the right to evict any guest we feel is disturbing other guests or causing damage to our property. OFF-SEASON DATES: January 1 through May 21, September 8 through November 19, November 28 through December 19. TAXES: Colorado sales and lodging tax of 6.8% is not included in the rates quoted.
