This three bedroom home is perched on the side of a mountain overlooking Vallecito Lake. Plenty of pine trees surround this home which is located at the end of a lane. There is a great view of the lake and mountains across the valley. Secluded and quiet.
3 bedrooms. One with a queen bed, one with a full bed and the third has two twin beds. There is a full bath off the hall and a 1/2 bath off one of the bedrooms. The great room consists of a dining area, kitchen and living area. It is completely furnished and equipped with washer, dryer, linens, towels, kitchen and table utensils, coffee pot, toaster, microwave, Satellite TV and VCR. Outside the patio door is a large deck facing east, which can make for many pleasant quiet afternoons relaxing, enjoying the views and watching the wildlife. Please, no smoking inside this home. Sorry no pets allowed in this home. Base Rate: $170.00 per night, $1,165.00 per week for 4 guests - a minimum night stay maybe required depending upon dates requested. Guests will be charged for broken or missing items or other damages to the property. |
