Lazy Time is a nice log home located about 1 1/2 mile north of Vallecito Lake with Grime's Creek flowing through the back yard. This home has 2 bedrooms with queen beds, a 3/4 bath, dining room, kitchen and utility room. Completely furnished and equipped with washer, dryer, linens, towels, kitchen and table utensils, coffee pot, toaster, microwave, TV and VCR. Outside there is a large deck, fire ring and BBQ grill. The fireplace has an insert - firewood is not provided but is available at the area markets.

This home also has a finished attic bedroom outfitted with two queen beds and other furnishings. The attic bedroom is only accessible by an outside staircase and separate door. The attic bedroom does not have any bath facilities. Makes a nice bunk room for youths or as an extra space to spread out to play games, relax, etc.

Base Rate: $140.00 per night, $935.00 per week for 4 guests - a minimum night stay maybe required depending upon dates requested.
Additional Guests over 3 - $10.00 per night
Use of the upstairs bedroom an additional $40.00 per night for 2 guests.
