Driving Directions
Driving from the east on U.S. Highway 160 - turn right (north) at the only traffic light on the highway at Bayfield, CO. That road is C.R. 501. Follow it north to the lake and Lone Wolf Lodge, - 18 miles.

Driving from the west on U.S. Highway 160 or the from the north on U.S. Highway 550
Two options:
1) Follow U.S 160 east to Bayfield. At the only traffic light on the highway in Bayfield, turn left (north) on C.R. 501 and follow it to the lake and Lone Wolf Lodge - 18 miles.

2) Near the center of Durango find 15th Street , also known as C.R. 240 and Florida road. (15th St. is across Main Street from the Burger King.) Follow it easterly about 14 miles until you reach C.R. 501. Turn left (north) and follow it to the lake and Lone Wolf Lodge.
If you are driving from Durango on C.R. 240 (a.k.a. Florida Rd.) when you are about 9-10 miles outside of Durango watch carefully for dividing roads. County road 240 takes a sharp right turn near an old store, crosses a bridge and continues until it dead ends at C.R. 501. Watch for that turn!

Driving from the south on U.S. 550 you will join U.S Highway 160 near the south edge of Durango. You turn right (east) and go to Bayfield, then left (north) on C.R. 501 to the lodge or go on into Durango and follow the directions shown in item 2 above.
